Casa dos Acessórios returns policy

If you have purchased an item from Casa dos Acessórios, you have 14 days to return your order.
Returns can be made provided that the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all its accessories.

You can do this by contacting Casa dos Acessórios on 225 023 631 / 632, national landline, or via comercial@casadosacessórios.pt.
We will provide you with all the information you need to make your return, and returns will only be accepted if you contact Casa dos Acessórios in advance.

The return conditions are:

1. Items with no signs of use;
2. Return of the complete item, with all its accessories, including original packaging in perfect condition;
3. Return deadline up to the 14th consecutive day from the day of delivery;
4. Casa dos Acessórios reserves the right not to accept returns of electronic/electrical equipment, and recommends that the Customer unequivocally confirms the order they intend to complete;
5. In the event of a monetary return, Casa dos Acessórios reserves the right to refund the amount received, excluding bank charges associated with the transaction, as well as, if applicable, costs relating to the transportation of the goods.
