Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all commercial relations between:
Casa dos Acessórios Pinto & Guedes, Lda, with the tax identification number 501523600, and its online customers (hereinafter referred to as “The Customer”).
Prior to any transaction, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and expressly accepts the terms and conditions by pressing the “I have read and accept the store’s terms and conditions” button.
Conditions of Sale
The Customer confirms that, at the time of placing the order, he has read the terms of sale listed on the screen (name, price, components, quantity, color, product specifications, etc.) and expressly declares that he accepts them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the Customer constitutes full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale, which apply exclusively to the order in question.
Order
The Customer confirms the order by pressing the “Confirm order” button. The order consists of a summary of all the items that the Customer confirms by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button in the “Checkout” tab. Casa dos Acessórios’ automatic registration systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
Order confirmation
Casa dos Acessórios confirms acceptance of the order to the Customer by email. The sale will only be completed once Casa dos Acessórios has confirmed the order. Casa dos Acessórios reserves the right not to confirm an order, for whatever reason, taking into account in particular the supply of products, a problem with the order received (e.g. faults in the data supplied by the Customer), an abnormal order or a foreseeable reason relating to future delivery. Casa dos Acessórios will notify the Customer by all means at its disposal. Casa dos Acessórios will only process an order placed by the Customer after confirmation of payment or in accordance with previously agreed conditions.
Delivery of orders and terms of supply
The place and date of delivery of the order are chosen by the Customer at the time the order is placed. Casa dos Acessórios reserves the right to use any carrier of its convenience to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer. Deliveries are made only within Portugal (mainland and islands).
Delivery time
Orders for products in stock confirmed by 2pm (CTT) or 4pm (Nacex) will be shipped the same working day. Orders confirmed after 2pm (CTT) or 4pm (Nacex) will be shipped the next working day. Deliveries are made on the working day following their dispatch, in the case of mainland Portugal. In the archipelagos, deliveries vary between 8 and 10 working days.
Delivery times for orders with out-of-stock products vary and must be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. For further clarification and information prior to purchasing the products, please contact Casa dos Acessórios.
Delivery costs and other supply conditions
Delivery costs vary depending on the weight, size and delivery address of the Customer. When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the carrier, on which they may make any comments they feel are unavoidable. By signing the delivery note, the Customer is confirming that they have received the number of packages indicated. Any occurrences such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport stoppage, which may delay, prevent or render exorbitant the execution of the supply, constitute a clause of suspension or extinction of the obligations of the company Casa dos Acessórios Pinto & Guedes, Lda, without any right to compensation for the Customer.
Shipping
Deliveries will be made by the courier during normal business hours. Please select the shipping address so that someone can pick up the products.
Transport damage
Casa dos Acessórios guarantees that all items are packed with the utmost care to protect the products purchased during transportation to their destination. Upon delivery, you should check that the packaging is undamaged and properly sealed. In the event of any non-conformity, you should mention it on the carrier’s receipt sheet, such as “Damaged box”, “Box with fall marks”, “Box without tape”, so that a service claim can be made immediately and transport insurance activated.
However, after accepting the order and while opening it, if you detect any damage caused by transportation, you must contact Casa dos Acessórios immediately (on the day of delivery – within 24 hours), with details of the damage and photographs to prove it, both of the items and of the outer packaging. Casa dos Acessórios will open an investigation procedure with the transport company, the result of which will be communicated to the Customer within a maximum of 14 working days.
Price
All prices indicated are in Euros. The price invoiced to the Customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Casa dos Acessórios.
Product sheet
The photographs illustrating the products are merely indicative. The accompanying texts are a reproduction of the information on the packaging or the instructions for use. Any differences between the photographs and the products should only be minimal and do not imply any change in the main specifications of the products. The color of the products displayed in the online store may differ from the actual color of the product.
Payment terms
The product(s) ordered will be included in the order to be received by the customer. Payment for products and services will be made at the end of the order process, by one of the following means: ATM reference, MB Way or bank transfer. In the case of the latter, proof of payment must be sent to comercial@casadosacessórios.pt.
New General Data Protection Regulation
In accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on May 25, 2018, Casa dos Acessórios has decided to review its database and clarify for what purposes the data is used. The records include data that has been obtained throughout the commercial relationship that the Customer has established with CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES, LDA, as well as following the various interactions made between both parties. Casa dos Acessórios uses the data solely for accounting purposes, commercial campaigns and/or targeted marketing campaigns.
CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES, Lda. will retain the Customer’s data for the period necessary for the provision of services and/or sale of goods, respective invoicing and compliance with legal obligations. At any time, the Customer has the right to change their data, oppose its processing, withdraw their consent and exercise the other rights provided for by law, except when the data is indispensable for the provision of commercial relations with CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES, Lda, and is therefore mandatory, or for compliance with legal obligations to which CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES, Lda is subject. If the Customer withdraws their consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date.
By accepting this regulation, the Customer is declaring that he/she has read it and authorizes the transfer of his/her data for the sole accounting and commercial purposes of CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES, Lda.
Essential Information
By ordering online on our website www.casadosacessorios.pt, you consent to the collection and processing by Casa dos Acessórios of your personal data, which you have communicated to us and which is collected through the normal operation of the website. This data (name, email address, postal address, etc.) is necessary for us to process your orders.
Right to return products
By accepting this contract, the Customer declares that he/she is aware that Casa dos Acessórios reserves the right not to accept returns of electronic/electrical equipment, and we therefore recommend that the Customer unequivocally confirms the order he/she proposes to confirm.
If you wish to return a product other than an electrical or electronic product purchased in our online store or in our store, you may do so within a maximum of 15 days of receiving or picking it up.
It is the customer’s responsibility to have the product arrive at our premises in good condition, without having been applied or used, in its original packaging with all the accessories included, accompanied by the original invoice.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event of a monetary return, Casa dos Acessórios reserves the right to refund the amount received, excluding bank charges associated with the transaction, as well as, if applicable, costs relating to the transportation of the goods.
The product warranty automatically expires following any intervention by personnel or services not authorized by the Brand’s Technical Services.
Content information
The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the website without prior authorization (unless authorized by CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES LDA) is expressly prohibited, whether for personal or professional purposes.
CASA DOS ACESSÓRIOS PINTO & GUEDES LDA reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and/or services.
The introduction of links on the site is expressly forbidden, regardless of the intended purpose. Use of the domain for abusive purposes, and without prior authorization, is subject to legal action.
